Refund Policy
Items purchased during any promotional period whose terms state "No Returns, No Exchanges" are not subject to the above policy.
Items purchased on the e-commerce website (www.sabigo.net) may be returned for any reason within 21 days of shipment, provided they are new and with all original parts and tags intact. All such returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization, which must be issued within 21 days of receipt of the merchandise by SABIGO. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization, please contact info@sabigo.net and provide the style, color, size, reason for return and order number for each item.
For exchanges, we recommend that you return the original item first (see "Returns") and then place an online order for the replacement item. Your Return Merchandise Authorization will include a free shipping code to allow you to purchase the replacement item without paying additional shipping charges. Order now and your new item will arrive faster.
You can also wait until your refund is processed (i.e., until your return is received at our warehouse) before placing your exchange order. The free shipping code included in your Return Authorization (RA) is valid for 21 days from the date we issue the RA.
